prior dizziness is may be secondary to high blood pressure and post MRI such spells may be due to same reason and sometimes if you did contrast MRI it may sometimes lead to such complain. consult your orthopedic for the same. as rotator cuff surgery recently done and is there any complication regarding to that or not?

BP usually in normal range. Dizziness started 3-4 days prior. Had Arthogram 24 hrs before for other MRI & have had before with no reaction. Yes, complication post surgery. Labrum torn at 1st physio session, impingement of supraspinitus, etc. severe pain positionally during 40 minute MRI then immediately seisures after while still in imaging room. Opposite BP reaction to vasavegal reaction, spiked high rather than dropped suddenly. Dizziness continues on lay down 2 weeks post MRI. BP still in normal perameters.
