vestibular tests/x-raycervical spine.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizzy spells. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any head-ache ?
Is your dizzy spells associated with neck movements ?

Kindly get back to me with details.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, give detailed history (medications), get detailed ent examination, vestibular tests (to differentiate between central or peripheral vertigo), x-ray cervical spine (cervical spondylitis), blood tests (Hb percentage, blood sugar monitoring and serum electrolytes)and BP monitoring. If necessary, CT scan brain-to know age related ischemia.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
