Question: Hello Good morning, i am currently 7.5 weeks pregnant and fainted twice due too this cut i received, Should I be concerned about baby?

It's not due to blood pressure, my blood pressure is fine, I checked it, I received a cut and have a fear for blood so it made me faint whenever I see blood, my concern is if fainting will affect the baby.
