Question : I have been experiencing dizzy spells. No vision problems or headaches. I think it has something to do with my laptop usage and posture because as soon as I have started sitting on a table and chair at home and used the laptop then, the dizzy spells have reduced but not completely gone. I have no other medical issues except Thyroid.
Brief Answer:
May be cervical spondylitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query, based on the information you may have cervical spondylitis.
If this is the case your posture can be possible cause.
I would suggest testing a MRI cervical spine to confirm the diagnosis.
Physiotherapy should be started.
If test is positive for cervical spondylitis, a prescription of pregabalin will surely help.
Hope this is of some help to you.
Take care
