What Causes Double Vision After Cataract Surgery?
Due to variation in the magnification by the two lenses
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I assume that you have undergone cataract surgery in one eye. The refractive index of the original lens (in the unoperated eye) differs from that of the synthetic lens (in your operated eye) and therefore the magnification of the image seen with each eye is slightly different. This prevents formation of an unified image for binocular vision (when you view with both eyes) and you get a multiple vision. Getting the cataract of your other eye should resolve the problem. I doubt if eye pressure is the offending agent here. Nevertheless, you can get your eye pressure checked.
Let me know if I could help further.

I could not understand what you meant by 'flashes of curve'. Do you mean to say that you see flashes from time to time. Please elaborate and I would guide you accordingly.
