Question: I Have double vision in one eye, Pain in same eye, fatigue, weight loss, muscle and joint pain, hair loss, mental sluggishness, 1/2 of a thyroid with nodules, cold all the time, heart palpatations, brittle nails

All the symptoms which you have mentioned,are fitting into Thyroid abnormality.May be its time that you should get your Thyroid function tests again to see if your dose is correct.Also, a Thyroid scan will be helpful.
