Brief Answer:
Investigations needed

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
There is something which needs to be taken care of.To start with we have to know if there is any history of diabetes or hypertension.
What you need to do is get in touch with a internal medicine expert and go through a series of tests after complete medical examination. The problem may be with general body which is reflecting in some double vision. That is the reason general body examination is important
Please do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

I take BP meds daily but I still get this ---not always just at some times, and it starts lst thing in the AM. I am on a low carb/low sugar diet and I did have type2 diabetes but that is gone now since I lost weight, but now I get this weird feeling, dizziness, cross eyed, confusion, speaking is slurred...just can't think

Investigation needed.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for getting back to us.

Though these range of problems can be explained by variations of sugar levels but such extremes like slurred speech and double vision point to some thing else which is to be investigated.

There is another factor that these issues are not constant , pointing more towards sugar level variations. Otherwise You might also need a CT Scan of the head to rule out any pathology there .

Get these things investigated to narrow down / solve the problem.
