IF ONES EYE SIGHT IMPROVES OVER TIME FROM A DOUBLE VISION EPISODE AFFECTING THE 4 TH CRANIAL NERVE WHAT WOULD THAT INDICATE AS TO THE CAUSE OF THE DOUBLE VISION EPISODE IN THE FIRST PLACE.?
In the alternative IF THE SYMPTOMS IE DOUBLE VISION DOES NOT IMPROVE WHAT MAY THAT INDICATE AS TO THE CAUSE?

The commonest cause being injury.More so injury involving angle between nose and eye.
Inflammation of nerve and para nasal sinuses.
