Question: I have lost 30 pounds ,inexplicably, in about 4 months. I had scans of my neck and chest with no issues found. I feel fine and notice no other symptoms. Should I be worried?

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is always a concern when people lose that much weight without trying. You need to pursue a cause with your doctors aggressively.
It is good that you had the scans of your neck and chest, but other tests are needed.
You should have a colonoscopy and tests for prostate cancer.
Blood tests should include CBC, CMP, and thyroid tests.
If nothing is found with these tests then I would suggest a CT of the abdomen and pelvis with oral and IV contrast.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
