What Causes Drop In Blood Pressure After Taking Atenolol And Amlodipile?

Question: I'm 72 years old and in atenolol 25mg and amlodipile (sp) 5mg. I take them once a day, however today my blood pressure has dropped from 125/80 to 106/60... Should I be worried?
