Brief Answer:
hi there
Detailed Answer:
Dear madam thank you for providing the information needed.
i am very happy to see that you are going to gym and very active.
After analysing your medical history i am able to make out that you are slightly over weight and your doctor also diagnosed as pre diabetes.
Pre-diabetes means that the body is already having trouble getting your blood sugar numbers down to a healthy range, but it hasn't yet reached a level considered diabetic. It also means you have the power to take important steps that can help you avoid diabetes.
The main reason for falling of blood sugar might be due to mismatch of glucose absorption and first phase insulin release.
During very early stage of pre diabetes,After taking food the signal from our stomach will reach pancreas in a delayed time.usually in a healthy individual the release of insulin and glucose absorption will be synchronized.
Due to loss of this synchronization and delayed release of insulin the sugar will drop more than expected.
To this mechanism insulin resistance also will contribute a little. This mechanism is called as Reactive hypo glycemia
i am very happy to say that you are already adopted active lifestyle by going to gym regularly. This kind of active lifestyle will keep diabetes away from you.
please follow a balanced diet pattern.
Have a diabetes free and healthy life
