What Causes Dry And Itchy Pubic Hair?
Question: My pubic hair is dry and itchy its not swollen or anything Went to the doctor am clean no disease or anything I use veet to shave when the hair starts bak itchs
This is because of ingrowing hair tendency you have to stop the shaving that is the only option you have

I have read your query and understood your concern.
It is a very common complaint by the patients that they have itch after shave, once the hair starts regrowing.
It is quite normal. You need not to worry for that. Actually it is the friction between the regrown small hair and clothing that initiates irritation and precipitates itch. But it lasts for 3-4 days usually.
You can use a good moisturizer over the part to keep it moist and supple. It will reduce the dryness also.
Avoid using razor over the part.
Keep the area clean.

I dont thinks its that i have been having this problem three months now so i remove the hair . Eacg time i temive the hair im gine once it grows back its hell like shave twoo weeks ago wasfine untill about sunday. I use very to shave so i dnt even knoe if thats thr reason like an allergic reaction or something

This is what I want to tell you that it is a common thing to get itch once the hair grows back. And it takes place after 2-3 weeks of removing hair.
If intolerable, I usually advice my patients to put a mild steroidal cream like flutibact cream over the part for few days.
You may take antihistaminics also like tablet levocetrizine/ fexofenadine for symptomatic relief.
You may discuss my opinion with your doctor, I am sure he/she will agree with my opinion.

I bought XXXXXXX cream remover u think i should try that instead if the veet. How long should i take the tab for. Whats the name for the cream u refer like the exact name

You can do a patch test with it first. It means apply over a very small portion first to look for any adverse effect. If at all it happens, do not use it.
Tablet you may take for a week or till you get itch.
Its flutibact cream that is a combination of fluticasone and mupirocin.
You may additionally use a hair conditioner over the part when the hair grows back. It really helps in making hair soft and decreases itch also.
