First to rule out the cause of dry night cough

Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; and for your kind information it is absolute necessary to rule out the cause of dry night cough for better management.
If you have
1. a tickly feeling at the back of your throat, itchy eyes and sneezing then it maybe the allergic rhinitis.
2. chest tightness, shortness of breath and symptoms worse while exercising then it maybe the asthma.
3. Cough gets worse when you are lying down or eating then it maybe the gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Please describe your symptoms in detail as mentioned above so that I can assist you better and you may go for
1. X ray chest PA view
2. Nasal endoscopy and
3. Oropharyngeal examination

You can get back to me with further details about symptoms and reports so that I can assist you better. Waiting for your reply.
