Brief Answer:
sialolith, siladinitis, antibiotics, surgery,

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the dry mouth, inflamed tongue and throat pain is concerned i have two possibilities.
The images you have attached shows inflammed salivary gland duct opening. It can be because of bacterial infection(sialadinitis) or any stone in the duct(sialolith). this might result in reduced salivary secretion(xerostomia) lading to dryness, pain in the throat and tongue.
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get yourself examined to rule out the above said causes.
You have to get a radiograph like occlusal radiograph and ultrasound of the salivary gland duct region and the gland.
If it is bacterial infection, then it has to be treated with a course of antibiotic like amoxicillin 500mg and metronidazole 400mg tid for 5 days (if you are not allergic).
If there is stone, then it has to be surgically removed.
For the dryness you can consume lot of water, keep sipping the water. If it is not helping, then you can use artificial salivary substitutes like wet mouth gel.

I hope my answer will help you, take care.
