These symptoms are because of dry eyes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms suggested by you indicate dry eyes.
Dry eyes cause irritation and inflammation of the eyes.

I would like to treat conditions like this by the use of artificial tears eye drops.
Usually milder dry eyes will resolve with the use of artificial tears eye drops.
Moderate to severe dryness require use of anti-inflammatory drugs along with artificial tears eye drops.
Hence I would suggest you to use artificial tears eye drops as of now, if the symptoms improve you need to continue the eye drops for 2-3 weeks and sometimes even longer for 1-2 months.
If the symptoms does not improve I would suggest you to consult your eye doctor for evaluation by simple office tests like slit lamp examination, tear film test to assess the severity of dryness and further advice accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Please feel free to ask any further questions.

Thank you
With regards
