can you please help ?
Brief Answer:
Need more information
Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us
I am Dr. Kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image. I can see a single, round to oval, dry, red, rough surfaced skin lesion on upper back.
I would keep a possibility of leither Eczematous Dermatitis Or a Sunlight induced Skin Eruption.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better. Does she have similar lesions elsewhere on body?Does she have any associated symptoms like itching? burning?pain etc
Regards

Brief Answer:
Topical steroid cream and oral antihistamine
Detailed Answer:
thank you.
I suggest her to apply a potent topical steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05%cream (Tenovate cream), twice daily for 2 weeks. She may also take a tab.Teczine 10 mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
