Brief Answer:
Moisturizers & preventive measures for dry skin.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your problems of having dry skin, dry eyes, and dry mouth due Sjogren's disease.

For dry skin I would advise you to use one of the following moisturizing soaps that are economical and easily available:

1. Himalaya Nourishing Cream and Honey Soap
2. Dove Cream Beauty Bar
3. Olay Moisturizing skin cream or
4. Lacto Calamine lotion

Besides moisturizers I will also suggest you the following preventive measures for dealing with dry skin:

1. Take short, warm baths or showers. They do not remove skin oils as completely as hot water.

2. After bathing, XXXXXXX dry and use one or more of the moisturizing techniques mentioned in the next item.

3. Apply moisture frequently.

4. Trap moisture in the skin immediately after bathing or showering while your skin is still damp or moist by applying a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline), bath oil or even some cooking oils such as safflower oil or canola oil).

5. Drink plenty of water and remain well-hydrated.

6. Use a humidifier, especially if you have forced-air heat which is especially drying. Avoid sitting in front of a fan or air conditioning vent, and wear goggles or protective eyewear when you go outdoors.

7. After swimming, make certain that you shower and then immediately use a moisturizer

Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in preventing the dry skin.
However, if you have any follow up query, please feel free to ask.
Best wishes.

Thank you for your timely reply.
I currently use original cinthol (which dries skin sometimes) and sunsilk shampoo.
I will switch to your recommendations.
Thank you suggesting such economical options - It really makes a difference to me. Are Dove shampoos safe to use?
