Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
The condition you have described is called Pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema. Its a kind of skin condition where blisters are formed within deeper layers of skin mostly attributed to over exposure to detergents/soap and other chemicals.
As its an eczemtous reaction its imperative to target the trigerring factor which could be the contact with soap/ detergent or synthetic material of socks or footwear.
For treatment, i would advised a short course of oral corticosteroid and application of a cream containing halobetasol and fusidic acid twice a day.
Use a good moisturiser twice a day to keep skin healthy and hydrated.
Antihistaminics can be taken for itching as required.
Use moisturizing soap like Cetaphil Bar for bathing and avoid contact with strong detergents/soap.
Use cotton socks as far as possible.
Hope this will take care of your issue.
Thanks
