Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir
the two lesion are definitely not related to each other. The lesion on lower lip is due to retention of secretions. They should not be cause of concern. Associate vitamin deficiency could be also predisposing factor
the lesion on tip of penis is due to previous scarring. If the lesion has remained of same size then there is no cause for concern.
I would suggest you the following
1. Oral Multi Vitamin supplements
2. Local application of steroid to tip of penis twice a day for 1 week
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
