Probably a fungal infection (tinea and candida) or psoriasis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
It is hard for me to diagnose your condition based on the mere description you have provided. So,it would be better if you can take a clinical picture and upload it for my better judgement.
Can you just tell me since how long you are facing this kind of problem?
It could probably be a fungal infections (tinea and candida) or psoriasis over the inner thigh.
Tinea infections are known as ringworm when found on your trunk, limbs or scalp.Thrush is the name for candida infections in the mouth, vagina or under breasts, armpits or in your groin.
Fungal infections can spread from person to person via bathroom floors or shower floors, towels or clothing, or from animals or soil to people.
You should follow below instructions,
1) Bleach the shower/bath area to prevent spreading and reinfection
2) wash your socks and towels in hot water
3) if you have sweaty feet, use an antiperspirant.
4) keep the area of skin dry
5) avoid sharing towels, bedding and clothing and wash them frequently
You can apply clotrimazole or miconazole antifungal cream at the affected once it has been diagnosed clearly by your local doctor or dermatologist after thoroughly clinical examination.
You should see the doctor who may know all these drugs and can prescribe you.

Seems to be a eczema with tinea infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sending pictures.
It seems to be a eczema with fungal infection (tinea) from the clinical picture.
You will require topical steroids like clobetasol propionate with antifungal drugs like clotrimazole or miconazole and antihistamines like cetrizine to alleviate from the itching sensations.
It might take 10 to 15 days topical application to get rid off it.
So,i would advice to consult some local doctor or experienced family physician,if it takes longer time to make an appointment with dermatologist who can diagnose it well and prescribe the said medications.
Do not worry just start the treatment and you will be all right.
If any query then feel free to ask me.
Regards,
