What Causes Dryness And Itching On The Leg?
Question: its dermatology case,
i am 28 years old, Male . since two month i felt some dryness in my right leg , and some time etching. after shower always feel its too hot skin in the same area spot , i used some cream like Dove and Vinea to make it soft , but after one month that spot hair start fall . now as you see in the photos , it dry , etch some time ,blood when i scratch , no hair , this is making me to much terrified .

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be plaque psoriasis which is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire leg 2-3 times in a day.
For itching you can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

this plan of treatment how long it suppose to take ?
there is one thing too . i had same thing last year in the other leg , but disappeared and skin in normal now, but with so less hair ..
