Question: dull ache in upper left side under ribs and going down a little way - not sick with it - i just know its there - have it for months -

Secondly start with antacid tablets and medicines for reflux. take precautions-- Keep head end of bed elevated. Avoid alcohol, Smoking Do brisk walking daily Go for walk after dinner Avoid spicy food Avoid late night coffee In doubt do reply
