Brief Answer:
Possibility of acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Based on short description of your symptoms following possibility needs to be considered

1. Acid peptic disease:
2. Underlying constipation: Possibility of anal fissure needs to be considered if there is pain in anal region while passing stools

Majority of times it occurs due to following predisposing factors

1. Decreased intake of water
2. Decreased intake of fiber
3. Irregular intake of meals
4. Consumption of Caffeinated /carbonated beverages

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water: 2 to 3 liter a day

2. High fiber diet: 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber

3. Over the counter antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful
4. Laxatives like Lactulose will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
