What Causes Dull Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen?
Question: Suffering from dull pain in my right side of abdomen for past 12 years. It sometimes disappear for month and even for years. for last one year the pain is appearing intermittently which sometimes exist for couple of days and then disappears. I have noticed that this problem reoccurs if sometime I eat more or eating time table changes. Symptom of occurrence of this dull pain is started with pinching like pain which followed by continuous mild dull pain, lost of appetite, fatigue etc. back pain and scary and itching skin appears on left side of bum.
Previously I was suffering from Piles but presently that problem have disappeared

From the details of the history this type problem may be related to the stomach / duodenum or colon on right side.
I would advise you the following:
-Upper GI Endoscopy
-Colonoscopy
-CT scan of the abdomen
-Tests of stool, blood and urine.
