Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and i can say as follows:
- dull pain under your right rib is related with gallbladder issue, large bowel issues.
With regards to gallbladder issues it may be related with gallstones and sludge.
Even it can be ruled out from ultrasound, in a small cases ultrasound may miss gallbladder sludge.
With regards to large bowel issues. I need to know if you have had constipation recently.
Constipation/IBS may mimic your symptoms too.
This is why I suggest to have a healthy diet, increase physical activity, avoid unnecessary stress and take plenty of water.
Otherwise to get an accurate opinion about your symptoms you nee to do abdominal MRI and colonoscopy.

Hi and sorry for my late!
You are reporting to have loose stools. Your symptoms are probably related with IBS-D.
The pain that you are telling is explained by large bowel fast peristaltic.
With regards to omeprasole use.
Yes it is true that is associated with diarrhea. If your symptoms has started after you started omeprasole use than it can explain your symptoms.
Hope it was helpful to you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
If loperamide doesn't work than you can use anticholinergic drugs like diclocymine (bentyl).
With regards to your pain, it is less possible to be due to gallbladder since abdominal ultrasound is normal.
It is most probably related with IBS and peristaltic waves of large bowel.
Otherwise abdominal MRI will defensively rule out gallbladder issues like sludge or diskinezia.
Hope it was helpful to you.
