Take medications and get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Radiating pain under right rib cage may be due to radiculopathy involving thoracic region. Other possibilities of pain under rib cage may be lung pathology, liver or gall bladder disease.
Is there any back pain, tenderness, lower limb weakness, sensory loss or urinary incontinence?
Any abdominal complains like vomiting, fever?
Any cough, sputum, breathlessness?
For localised pain of neural origin you can take pregabalin or gabapentin.
You should visit a doctor preferable neurologist to get you examined and evaluated properly.
You may require imaging of spine too.
If you have any previous reports or prescription upload them.

No tenderness in the right thoracic region.
I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate.
At different times, I can experience slow passing of urine, and other times it is normal flow, but this is something that is not worrying me at the moment.
I am also experiencing an amount of stress currently.
I am Rx Zopitan 7.5mg nightly and Xanax .250mcg nightly and Aspirin 75mg, as a prophylactic
Take treatment as advised

You should take pain killers for few days. Apply local pain reliever ointment too.
Visit a doctor for evaluation regarding any imaging.
Continue other medications as being taken previously.
