Brief Answer:
Muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The dull pain in the arm that you have is likely to be a muscular pain due to overuse or due to osteoporosis or decreased levels of vitamin D3.
You can take a mild pain killer and start taking regular calcium and vitamin D3 supplements. This should take care of your mild symptoms in next 1-2 weeks.
In case the pain is persistent then do consult an orthopedician for a physical examination and stronger prescription medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
