Brief Answer:
Possibly Acute cholecystitis, advice to go to emergency room
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for providing the required details
Upper right abdominal pain that is constantly progressive and worsens on taking deep breath is highly indicative of gall bladder problems particularly cholecystitis (which is the infection and inflammation of gall bladder). The infection can occur either in presence or absence of gall stones.
Other less likely causes for right upper abdominal pain can be liver conditions like hepatitis, pyelonephritis(kidney infection) ,gastritis etc.
Complete physical examination and investigations are required to confirm the diagnosis.
Acute cholecystitis and the other possibilities require immediate medical attention and I'd recommend that you seek immediate medical care / go the emergency room
Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns
