Question: I TALKED TO YOU 2 MONTHS AGO ABOUT NECK MASS LEFT SIDE CLAVICAL-PULL MY FIRST QUESTIONS HAS ALL MY REPORTS RESULTS'
NEG CAT SCANS ETC...ANYWAY WENT BACK TO FREE CLINIC BEEN 2 MONTHS MASS IS BIGGER LEFT CLAVICAL,KNOT IS GOING ON OTHER SIDE OF BACK TO AND NOW SHOULDER LOOKING ROUND LIKE SOMETHING THERE. NECK SWOLLEN .ANYWAY HE LOOKS IN MY EAR' WHICH I HAVE BEEN HAVING OUTER EAR PAIN FOR 2 YEARS'' BEEN TELLING THEM ON OFF..'.HE GOES OH I DONT LIKE LOOKS THAT" DID I CHECK THAT LAST TIME?? I GO YES HE GOES OH WE HAVE TO TRY REFER YOU TO ENT MASS IN NECK AND ABNORMAL EAR DRUM THATS ALL HE SAYS NOW ON WAITING LIST BEEN HAVING THIS FOR OVER 5 MONTHS AND NOW FEW DAYS AGO MY TIP OF TONGUE GOING NUMB AND MY BOTTOM LIP GOING NUMB ON OFF WHAT IS THIS ?BACK OF NECK HURTING ......SHARP PAIN IN VAGINA TOO STRANGE FEELS SWOLLEN DOWN THERE TOO AND STOMACH.....

As per your clinical details- ear pain related to tingling sensation (parasthesia) could be due to- sharing of same nervous supply (ear and tongue).
commonly seen in simple ear canal infection, impacted wax, otitis externa (outer ear infection), ruptured ear drum or viral cold.
In my opinion, you need to see an ent surgeon (outer ear pain) followed by ultrasound neck (increasing swelling). If necessary, fine needle aspiration cytology.
