What Causes Ear Pain Along With Vomiting And Vertigo?

Question: hi sir I am suffering my ear pain vomiting I visited ent doctor he said it might be vertigo and prescribed some medicines to use for 7days and after that he wrote vertigo test to be done, so is it serious and may I know the reason of vertigo and causes and also the correct treatment for this

I don't have ear discharge or hear burn or indigestion but heavy diziness and some sound in ear and I'm balancing if suddenly turning my positions

You are having labyrinthine infection.
Take tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and tablet betahistine 16 mg three times a day.
Take tablet stemetil twice daily.
Don't worry, it can take up to 2 weeks for complete recovery.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
take all the medicines for 10 days.
Avoid driving and travel by air.
