What Causes Ear Pain And Dizziness When Diagnosed With High Blood Pressure?

Question: I am a 51 year old female. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure about 2 months ago. My blood pressure has been normal since starting medication but for the past 2 weeks I have been having some slight pain in my ears and then yesterday I started feeling light headed or dizzy. What can be causing this feeling?
Brief Answer:
Complaints sould desappear soon
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Sometimes people have such complaints after blood pressure is regulated. In this case your complaints should disappear during couple of days, if not, I would advise you to have carotid ultrasound done.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health

I had an episode of veritigo a little over a year ago. It feels similar but things aren't spinning. Just feels like my head is swimming with just the slightest movement of my head.
Brief Answer:
Welcome back
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
Such complaints may be related to spine problems as well. Also carotid duplex ultrasound should be performed if your symptoms don't disappear during couple of days.
So, in case your symptoms continue, I would advise you to see your doctor to perform examinations to find out the exact cause.
Take care
