Brief Answer:
Could be due to Bleeding disorder
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for posting your query .
There are certain disease in which the ability of the blood to clot is reduced . In such cases bleeding can happen due to minor injury and sometimes spontaneous bleeding without injury can also happen .
We need to find out what is causing this problem to you . I need to know since how long you are having this problem ? Are you having any bleeding from nose, gums, in urine or in stools ?
I advise you to get Bleeding time, Clotting time, PT, aPTT, INR test and revert back .
Any doubts feel free to ask, happy to help .
Regards.

no, i don't think it's anything too serious because it doesn't happen all of the time. i was wondering if it could be due to menstruation, a vitamin deficiency or the fact that i'm a vegetarian. i take a multi vitamin for women.
thank you
thank you
Brief Answer:
Vitamin K deficiency will cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I don't think it's related to menstruation. The only vitamin deficiency which causes bleeding is vitamin K deficiency . But we need to prove that by doing tests.
Being vegetarian doesn't put you at risk for bleeding . But being vegan can cause vitamin B12 deficiency which leads to low platelet count and thus bleeding.
All said and done it needs testing. So kindly get the advised test and revert back.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
