What Causes Easy Bruising On Body?
Question: Sorry to have so many questikns lately -
I have new bruises and just now i pinched my finger in the door and it didnt really hurt much but it bruised immediatly and is hard to the touch. Its kn my finger. Before 3-4 weeks ago i never bruised easily like this. Im not on any medication but i did get a copper (non hormonal) IUD About 3 weeks ago. Nothing else is new. What could cause sudden easy bruisig like this? Is it normal for there to be a lump in the bruises?

Bruising usually happens when the platelet levels fall.
I suggest you to get your platelet levels checked.
There is no relation with iud but copper can have a transient platelet lowering property.
Just get platelet checked.
