What Causes Eczema Like Formations On Hands?

Question: Hello!
I've noticed a few weeks ago I had these groupings of pin dot groupings on my right palm. They have been spreading around my fingernails and have also spread to my left Palm and to other areas around my fingers on both hands. I have also notice that I don't have a lunula on my left thumb and right finger nail. Both of these fingers are surrounded with these dots. They are not itchy or don't cause pain. I have gone to a walk in clinic to get them checked out and I was proscribed hydro cortisone which didn't really do anything after a week. I have pictures that I can show you aswell
Thanks in advance

Brief Answer:
Normal platelets are good
Detailed Answer:
The only picture I can see is a palm which may be showing an early Dupytren's contracture.
If so it is consistent with cirrhosis and can be the cause of splenomegaly.
If you have liver function and other tests, please upload

Hello. No problems with my liver I'm quite healthy. I don't believe it's dupytren contracture. I'm concerned about these dots and how the skin is breaking around the area of the dots
Brief Answer:
Likely to be Pompholyx
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry about my last answer.
I was answering from my XXXXXXX phone and the images did not show the lesions.
These lesions on your palms are likely to be Pompholyx. It is a type of eczema which affects the hands and feet, causing tiny blisters and irritation.
The exact cause is not known (as with eczema). However, there seem to be some factors which might be involved in causing or triggering this condition. These are:
Metals such as nickel or cobalt (either on the skin, or in food).
An antibiotic called neomycin .
Certain chemicals - for example, perfumes.
Fungal infection of the skin .
Emotional stress.
Pompholyx may be aggravated by anything which is irritant to the skin, such as detergents, various solvent-type chemicals and water (if there is frequent or prolonged contact with water).
