I am glad to read your positive attitude towards sexuality. Masturbation is a safe sexual self gratification method , practiced alone or as supplemental pleasure to vaginal sex . why you need to do it out of compulsion? you need not think of stopping it at any point . Your ejaculatory problem can be due to the medicine you take for prostate or any other purpose, reterograde ejaculation or prostate sometimes produces problems of ejaculation. Please send the reports of ultrasound prostate, PSA, Serum testosterone and Fasting Blood sugar to plan further line of action.

Brief Answer:
Please continue with masturbation
Detailed Answer:
hello
I mentioned previously that masturbation will not impair ejaculation or general health, rather it is good in many ways so no need to think of stopping masturbation.
Absence of semen can be due to many causes like side effect of medicines you may be taking, hypogonadism, diabetes or neuronal cause. So I suggested some tests for finding the possible reason for absent semen (anejaculation)
