What Causes Electric Shock Sensation In Left Arm Radiating To Chest?

Question: I was just awakened with a strong electric shock sensation that started in my left arm and went across my chest from the neck down t's disease my waste to my right arm. It jolted me to say the least, I have 3 conditions. Parkenson's disease, sleep apena and a vertibrae in lower back that is tilted. i am active physically working on environmental systems and a nuclear reactor program, walk 1/2 mile a day. I'm 77 yrs old, 5'8', 145 lbs.

I have gone through your query carefully; these symptoms may occur in patient with sleep apnoea and need further observation. Having said that cardiac cause needs to be ruled out by ECG, TMT test if not done recently.
Was there any sweating and nausea associated with your symptoms?

There was no sweating or nausea. I am being re tested in the sleep lab at the VA Hospital in Reno , Nv on August 6th. Previous studies confirmed the sleep apena as being severe central brain. I had trouble adjusting to the mask. they now have new design for my test.

i have had annual exams at the VA with no signs of any cardiac issues. is there any data/experience with people with sleep apena having these electric sensations. I can't tell you how strong it was.
