Lhermitte's sign that needs to be evaluated further.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Since electrical jolt sensation are felt in both arms and body, it is more probably related to cervical spine conditions, than Erb's palsy.
The symptom you describe is known as Lhermitte's sign medically speaking and is often associated with conditions such cervical spondylitis, cervical herniated disc disease and multiple sclerosis.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you have MS, since your symptoms are related to physical efforts, it is more probably a mechanical irritation of nerve(s),
However, first there is need for a neurological examination, in order to understand better your condition, and you need to see a Neurologist about this.
After neurological examination, if in doubt, further tests to evaluate better your condition (MRI eg.) could be ordered.
In mean time, restriction of physical activity is needed to minimize your symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
