Question: I keep getting something that feels like an electrical shock. from my groin up my stomach to the opposite chest and under my arm and across the front of my stomach up to a point in the middle of my chest. its all very painful and I have a sharp pain in front of my ear.

I have had several pains today it only lasts a few seconds itsw not a cramp its a sharp jab or jolt then it travel to another location a funny bone feeling or a intense pain in my chest. Ive been dizzy when I lay down for about two weeks my ear and jaw on that side is crazy hurting tonight.
