Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
High CRP can be because of many causes. One being inflammation of arteries.
Inflamed feeling on either side of neck is unlikely to be because of it. It can be because of superficial skin inflammation.
Inflammation of arteries generally does not cause such superficial symptoms.
Rise in bp is normal during stress period but it comes to normal as soon as the stresser is gone.
Thanks & take care

Hi,
Welcome back again.
Mitral valve prolapse is a congenital disorder of heart valve where one valve of heart is prolapsing into a chamber of heart causing regurgitation of valve. Their is no treatment required for you at present. Treatment is only indicated when this regurgitation (MR - Mitral Regurgitation) becomes severe and then the treatment is surgery. So you just have to follow up with your cardiologist timely & should do echo every year.
Diastolic dysfunction is problem of abnormal relaxation of heart which occurs normally with increasing age.
EF of >55% is considered normal & yours is 58%. So this means that you have normal contractility of heart.
Their is no treatment required for you at present. You should just follow healthy lifestyle, exercise regularly & be happy. I hope you will be fine throughout.
If you have any question anytime in future, I'll be more than happy to help you.
Thanks & take care
