Brief Answer:
Your findings suggest iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggest iron deficiency anemia.
I suggest to take iron supplementation and iron rich food.
You can take iron and zinc combination tablet once daily. You can take one glass of lemon water along with it.Vitamin C helps in better absorption of iron.
You can also take one tablet of folic acid daily.

You should also take iron rich food like jaggery, dates, green leafy vegetables etc.If you are non-vegetarian then you can take liver also.
You can also take one capsule of vitamin B complex daily.

Raised RBC count may be due to hypoxia, dehydration etc.

You may need complete liver function test including SGPT and SGOT and ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need follow up bilirubin level.

You should take plenty of water and medicines for anemia. You will be fine.

Rest of the findings are acceptable.

Get well soon.
Further queries are most welcome.
