Brief Answer:
It might be related to fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome again
High enzyme levels might be related to grade 1 fatty liver
you need not to worry its reversible in initial stage by life style modifications and complete avoidance of alcohol.

You should take well balanced healthy diet consisting of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
you should take multivitamin supplements
Exercise regularly as much you can comfortably do.

You can take LIV 52, UDILIV ayurvedic drugs or tab ademetionine after consulting your doctor.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
