Brief Answer:
It might be related to liver inflammation
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX
Welcome again
if he doesn't drink and presently of he is running fever than it might be related to acute inflammation of the liver like hepatitis.
Here I would like further details like how's his appetite, is he passing yellowish colured urine?
is he having loose stools, pain in abdomen
if possible uplaod me all the reports of liver function test like SGOT and serum bilirubin which might be increased in association with high SGPT.
In my opinion other than seval and doxy 1L DR forte, your doctor has prescribed him right medicines which helps by reducing liver inflammation and supplementing the liver function
seval and Doxy 1L DR Forte are antibiotic, about which I can't comment much based on your short history.
If you can write back to me with all the details that i have asked so far, I will be able to tell you even more precisely.
I would advise him to avoid strenuous exertion, have plenty of fluids preferably glucose water and fruit juices.
waiting for your reply
Best wishes
