Brief Answer:
Dose reduction was a wrong decision

Detailed Answer:
dear friend, hi and welcome to HCM. your wife is hypothyroid and on replacement . the story is clear and simple . reports fluctuate and so does the dose. probably the decision of changing the dose is becoming wrong.
first , please make the dose back to 125 Mcgraw from tomorrow.
second, please send the report at which the dose reduction decision was taken.
third, repeat test after 6-8 weeks and see me again.

Brief Answer:
no immediate intervention i would suggest.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, hi! if periods have become irregular due to thyroid dysfunction , they will normalize with thyroid becoming normal. so relax and allow hormones for auto correction. if your wife is facing a lot of physical or psychological stress due to delayed periods do let me know.
