Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Your bilirubin level and ALP are slightly elevated. It may be related with :

- Gilbert's syndrome ( congenital hyperbilirubinemia)
- drugs side effects ( I ned to know your current treatment)
- biliary ducts issues ( rarely)

2. If I were your treating doctor I would suggest doing an abdominal ultrasound to better evaluate the biliary tree and hepatic structure.

Meantime there is no need for treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Gilbert's syndrome is a benign condition and there is no big issues.

It is no need for treatment.

With regards to "wellman" it is not known to have similar side effects.

I would suggest repeating these exams after 4 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
