Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
I have gone through your query.
Maintaining a blood pressure of 126/60 while taking antihypertensive medications is acceptable. After that on stopping medicine, I assume your upper range for blood pressure is 132 and 134 respectively. This range is also acceptable if the lower measures are within normal limit. But as the pressure is increasing, you can continue your medication.
If you could maintain a normal range of blood pressure with drugs, it is not wise to stop it.
And I did not understand your question regarding calcium. If you want to reduce your serum calcium then you should first tell me your reports for values of serum calcium.
Hope this was useful.
Regards.

kindly send the reports
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Normally serum calcium levels are measured in mg/dl or mmol/l.
Normal range is 2.1-2.6 mmol/l or 9.0-10.5 mg/dl.
You have said calcium level is 134 and normal is 129. Kindly mention the unit or send picture of reports if possible for better understanding.
Regards.

Ionized CA++, Uncorrected Anes. 1.41
Ionized CA++Corrected 1.34
follow as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Only ionised calcium levels are not satisfactory. You also need to do total serum calcium levels. Also you are hypertensive patient and you might be taking diuretics. That can be a cause of it. Also there are many more reasons of elevated calcium levels. But if you are symptomfree, you need no treatment.
Regards.
