Brief Answer:
No worries, all clear

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read yoru question and i understand your concern. We call raised blood pressure values a hypertension illness only if it stays high. Your case is not of hypertension> Infact in exercise or running blood pressure may rise to even 200 in normal human beings and that is to meet the increasing demands of exercising body. So no worries for that. Just keep an eye on your blood pressure readings, eat healthy , reduced saturated fats, reduce caloric intake and salt intake.

now i went through al your work up, its all clear and nothing to worry about. Only deficiency is of vitamin D levels, which are low and can be easily managed both with vitamin D supplements as well as diet rich in vitamin D which is sea food .

Vitamin has been connected to blood pressure and other metabolic disorders but there is no solid evidence yet to prove it, so no worries. Its a vitamin supplements and every body needs it. You can have it in recommended doses daily.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Brief Answer:
Reduce the caloric intake, no matter what you eat

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Aim of losing weight does not depend on restriction of meal options, its rather restriction of intake of meal what ever it is. So if you are comfortable with the above menu, alright from my side, but i would recommend keep changing food to stay enriched with all ingredients and vitamins. Just keep the caloric count low, aim for only 20 kilocalories per kg and don't cross 2500 calories in a day at any cost. Regular exercise, signing up to an FDA approved weight loss program etc will help.

I hope it helps.

Lately I have been having night sweats, the sweating starts in the legs and moves up. I live in a small apartment, with no central heating or air conditioning. I live in Los Angeles and it has been cold nights. I sleep with one blanket on that is semi heavy, the temp is about 40 F or 4 C. I was sick recently and have been wheezing and coughing up green mucus, so my heart does beat fast after coughing and wheezing all night. What do you think?

Brief Answer:
Multiple causes of sweat.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to ne
Sweating at night could be due to multiple reasons. Thyroid hormones should be assessed. Also medication history could be the cause as there is a long list of medications that can cause it. Cough and greenish sputum needs examination of sputum but infection is unlikely as your blood workup is normal. Get a routine chest radiograph and see if it helps.
nutshell it needs a complete clinical correlation to sort it out. Talk to your doctor and let them connect the dots.
I hope it helps
