Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I am very happy to let you know that there is no major issue in your blood results.
Your serum Ferritin and Iron content are elevated , so if you are taking any iron supplement or food rich in iron like red meat or organ meat, avoid them. High iron can cause a condition called hemochromatosis which can affect your liver, pancreas and skin pigmentation. You do not have these as far as your results show. The iron content of your red blood cells ( MCH) is elevated again related to your high iron content.
The remedy for your condition is very simple.
Avoid iron rich food and donate blood every 3 months till the iron comes to normal. It would be a good idea to stop smoking if you smoke and avoid second hand smoking as far as possible.
Do get back to me if you have further questions.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Are you taking omega 3-6-9 for the cardiovascular protection? If so it is better to take supplement without omega 6 as it decreases the effect of omega 3 which is believed to be beneficial.
There have been some studies done in children which showed that omega 3 increased the iron absorption when given with iron. This is believed to be due to improvement in their immunity and children being less sick.
Vitamin C as supplements or as citrous fruits like oranges may be avoided as these have been shown to increase iron absorption.
Best wishes,

And i noticed my lymphocytes and basophils levels high. Is there any problem with this?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Noble Zachariah (53 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Not a matter of concern

Detailed Answer:
Most welcome.
There is a mild elevation in the percentage of lymphocytes. There is no increase in the absolute count. This may not be significant and may occur if you had a recent cold or any other viral infection.
Basophils are only 0.2% and upto 1% are normal.

Wish you good health and a good day

Hello doctor
Here is my urine test report
doctor
Answered by Dr. Noble Zachariah (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Normal

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Your urine test result is normal. There is no infection and there is no mention of crystals. (I hope the lab is good and the technicians are dedicated and competent because it is a test which is read by a human and not a machine.)
So relax, there is no urinary infection.
Cranberry juice is good for such non specific symptoms.

Have a good day
