Brief Answer:
SGOT,PT-liver damage,GGT-biliary channel ds

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The liver function tests are showing elevated levels of SGPT, SGOT and gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT).
Elevated levels of SGPT and SGOT suggest damage to liver cells or hepatocytes.
Damage to hepatocytes can occur due to viral infections, drugs, toxins, etc.
The GGT levels are elevated due to any abnormality in the biliary channels.
Some of the causes are primary biliary cirrhosis and sclerosing cholangitis.
Sclerosing cholangitis is characterised by fever and primary biliary cirrhosis is characterised by elevated bilirubin levels.
However, you have not mentioned any such history and bilirubin level is also normal.

You need to consult your doctor with reports for further investigations.
An ultrasound abdomen may be required to assess the liver and external biliary apparatus.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Viral markers can be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The viral infection in the past could be the cause of elevated liver enzymes.
You can get your viral markers done to assess the status of infectious agent in serum.
A normal ultrasound rules out any organomegaly or any change in the liver.

Thanks and take care
