Nothing to worry about that
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.
What ever medicine we take, it metabolize in liver. In that case, getting deranged liver function test is normal. Depokote contains valproate and it effects on liver function. Liver has property to regenerate and if you leave this drugs or shift to another mood stabilizer, your liver enzymes would come to normal level in one or two weeks. There is nothing harm in getting USG done. That would help you to rule out any serious pathology.
In case, you need further help, you can ask.
