Brief Answer:
Could be something else.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic.

There are many causes for elevated Lymphocyte count ( called as Lymphocytosis ) common are Viral Infection , bacterial infection, connective tissue diseases and leukemia.

So don't jump into the conclusion that it's leukemia.

Most of the time leukemia will be asymptomatic and it will be detected accidentally. Otherwise some common symptoms of leukemia are
Fever, chills.
Fatigue, weakness.
Loss of appetite, weight loss.
Night sweats.
Bone/joint pain.
Abdominal discomfort.
Headaches.
Shortness of breath.

Also the count of lymphocytes will be extremely high, so the chances of leukemia is less . You need to be evaluated for the causes of Lymphocytosis. I would advise you to consult an Infectious disease specialist and ask for evaluation.

But if you want to rule out Leukemia first then you need to get Bone Marrow aspiration and biopsy test . For that you need to consult an oncologist.

Hope this information is useful to you.

Any clarification feel free to ask .

Regards.
